It's a shame, for them, that they didn't have a second mattress (or even pillows), to lift her up higher. He would have needed to work only 1/3 as much (this would've tired out his back and legs tremendously) and she would've spent much more of the time making pleasured sounds. This is a reminder to us all, to get our sex "work spaces" certified by an occupational therapist, for maximum benefit and minimum risk of injury. This has been a public service announcement. :)
